Bart Szoke

Bart earned a diploma in architectural technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1979 and a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) from the University of Toronto in 1986. He has 34 years of experience as a designer, general contractor and architect in private practice, is a member of the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and the Building Industry and Land Association (BILD), and receives continuing education from the OAA and BILD.

Awarded the Toronto Society of Architects Prize 1986
Received the GTHBA Best Renovator Award 2000
  
Pedro Garcia

Pedro earned a Masters of Architecture from the University of Granada in 2010. He has diverse experience in architectural design, landscape architecture and art installation projects in Spain, France and Canada, with skill in BIM software and 3D visualization.
 
 


 Bambad (Ben) Baghdadi

Bamdad earned a Masters degree in architecture in 1998 from the University of Tehran, Iran and is an Intern Architect with the OAA, having completed all Canadian architectural exams. He has eight years of Canadian experience with strong design and production skills, excellent knowledge of Toronto Building Bylaws, the Building Permit system, the Ontario Building Code, and light frame construction.
